1. General Refund Rule
Videohub360 is a digital downloadable product. Once your purchase has been completed and product access,
download access, license access, or update access has been provided, the purchase is generally final
and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for downloaded products unless the item is materially not as described,
does not work as described and cannot be fixed, or another refund condition described in this policy applies.
2. Before Requesting a Refund
Before requesting a refund, please review the product description, documentation, setup guides,
installation instructions, compatibility requirements, and available support resources.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact support first. Many issues can be resolved
through correct installation, setup guidance, configuration review, plugin compatibility checks,
hosting checks, or a product update.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund request may be considered in the following situations:
-
The item is materially not as described.
This means Videohub360 is significantly different from the product description, advertised features,
or preview shown before purchase.
-
The item does not work as described and cannot be fixed.
If there is a valid product issue, we may first attempt to troubleshoot or provide an update.
If the issue cannot reasonably be fixed, a refund may be considered.
-
The item contains an unresolved security vulnerability.
If a confirmed security issue cannot be fixed or is not patched within a reasonable time,
a refund may be considered.
-
Promised support is not provided.
If your purchase includes active support and support is not provided according to the support terms,
a refund of the support portion or applicable purchase may be considered.
-
The product has not been downloaded or accessed.
If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we can verify that the product has not been
downloaded, accessed, activated, or used, a refund may be considered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer want the product after downloading or accessing it.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You purchased the wrong license plan.
- You do not have enough WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, hosting, or technical experience to use the product.
- The product did not meet your personal expectations, but matches the product description.
- You expected custom development, custom setup, or custom design work that was not included in the purchase.
- You are unable to use a third-party service, plugin, payment gateway, hosting provider, or integration not controlled by us.
- You failed to review the product description, requirements, documentation, demo, or license terms before purchasing.
- You refuse to provide enough information for us to verify or troubleshoot the issue.
- Your website has conflicts caused by unrelated third-party plugins, custom code, hosting limitations, server restrictions, or unsupported modifications.
- Your request is made outside the refund request period described in this policy.
5. Product Issues and Fixes
If Videohub360 does not work as described, we may require details about the issue before making a refund decision.
This may include screenshots, error messages, system information, plugin/theme conflict details, license details,
order information, temporary diagnostic access, or other reasonable information needed to verify the problem.
If the issue is caused by a confirmed product bug, we may attempt to fix the issue by providing support guidance,
a patch, an update, or a workaround before approving a refund.
6. “Not as Described” Standard
“Not as described” means the product is materially different from the description, preview, or advertised
functionality available before purchase.
A product is not considered “not as described” only because you dislike the design, expected a different workflow,
assumed an unlisted feature was included, did not understand how to use it, or later decided that the product
does not fit your project.
7. Downloaded Products
Because Videohub360 is a digital product, downloading, accessing, activating, or using the product may make
the purchase non-refundable unless the item is materially not as described or another eligible refund condition applies.
This policy is intended to protect both customers and the product owner from misuse of downloadable digital products.
8. Support Renewals
Support renewal purchases are generally non-refundable once support access has been renewed, extended,
used, or connected to an existing license.
A support renewal refund may be considered only if the renewal was purchased in error, not used,
not applied, or if promised support is not provided according to the applicable support terms.
9. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Requests submitted after this period may be declined, especially if the product has been downloaded,
accessed, activated, updated, or used.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
support@videohub360.com
Please include your name, account email, order number, license key if applicable, purchase date,
and a clear explanation of why you believe the purchase qualifies for a refund under this policy.
11. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for additional information,
troubleshooting details, screenshots, website environment details, or other evidence needed to evaluate the request.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
12. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, access to Videohub360 may be revoked. This may include voiding the license key,
disabling update access, removing support eligibility, disabling downloads, and terminating the right to use
the refunded product.
After a refund is processed, you must stop using the refunded product and remove it from any websites
where it was installed or activated.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, your account, downloads,
license access, updates, and support access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it fairly.
14. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights will apply.
15. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version may be posted
on this page with a revised effective date.
The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless
applicable law requires otherwise.
