1. General Refund Policy
VideoHub360 LLC (“VideoHub360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells digital software
products as well as professional implementation and support services.
Because VideoHub360 software can be downloaded, accessed, activated, and used
immediately after purchase, software-license purchases are generally final once
meaningful digital access has been provided, except where a refund qualifies
under this policy or is required by applicable law.
Professional-service purchases are handled differently from software-only purchases.
Refund or cancellation eligibility for professional services depends in part on
whether work has begun, the amount of work already performed, resources committed,
project scheduling, and other circumstances described in this policy.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the request will be approved.
2. Refund Request Period
Unless a different period is expressly stated at the time of purchase or required
by applicable law, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
The 30-day period is a period in which an eligible refund request may be submitted.
It is not an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refund eligibility still depends on the type of purchase, product access,
downloads, activations, product usage, service work performed, and the other
conditions described in this policy.
Requests submitted after the applicable refund request period may be declined
except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Software License Purchases
VideoHub360 software-license purchases provide access to downloadable digital
software and may also provide access to license activation, official updates,
customer downloads, support eligibility, and related commercial services.
Once the software has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or materially used,
the software purchase is generally non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons,
mistaken expectations, or circumstances unrelated to a qualifying product issue.
A software refund may still be considered when a qualifying condition described
in this policy applies.
4. Eligible Software Refund Situations
A VideoHub360 software refund request may be considered in situations such as:
-
The product is materially not as described.
VideoHub360 is materially different from the product description,
advertised functionality, or material representations available before purchase.
-
A material product defect prevents the product from working as described.
If a confirmed VideoHub360 defect substantially prevents normal use and cannot
reasonably be corrected through support, configuration, a patch, update,
or other reasonable solution, a refund may be considered.
-
An unresolved material security issue exists.
If a confirmed material security vulnerability directly involving VideoHub360
cannot reasonably be corrected within an appropriate period, a refund may
be considered.
-
Promised support is materially not provided.
If your purchase includes active support and VideoHub360 materially fails
to provide the support included with your purchase, an appropriate refund
or other remedy may be considered.
-
The product was never accessed or used.
If a request is made within the applicable refund period and we can reasonably
verify that the software was not downloaded, accessed, activated, or used,
a refund may be considered.
-
A duplicate purchase occurred.
If the same product or license was accidentally purchased more than once,
the unintended duplicate transaction may be eligible for refund after verification.
5. Software Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable
To the extent permitted by applicable law, software refunds will generally
not be provided solely because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing and accessing the product.
-
You no longer want VideoHub360 after downloading, activating,
installing, or using it.
-
You purchased the wrong license plan without first contacting us
about changing or upgrading the order.
-
You lack sufficient WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, hosting,
server, or general technical knowledge to configure the product.
-
The product matches its description but does not meet a personal,
subjective, or unstated expectation.
-
You assumed that a feature, integration, service, customization,
or other functionality was included when it was not advertised
as included.
-
You require custom development, custom design, website-building,
content creation, migration, or other services that were not
included in the software purchase.
-
A problem is caused primarily by an unsupported third-party plugin,
custom code, hosting restriction, server configuration, external API,
third-party service, or modification outside VideoHub360's control.
-
A third-party service changes its pricing, functionality,
availability, licensing, or compatibility.
-
You failed to review the applicable product description,
compatibility information, demos, documentation, License Policy,
or other purchasing information.
-
You refuse to provide reasonable information needed to verify
or troubleshoot a claimed product problem.
6. Technical Issues and Opportunity to Resolve
If you request a refund because VideoHub360 does not work as described,
we may ask for reasonable information needed to understand and verify the issue.
Depending on the issue, this may include screenshots, error messages,
WordPress or server information, plugin information, license information,
order details, configuration information, diagnostic details, or temporary
access when reasonably necessary and voluntarily provided by you.
If the problem appears to involve a VideoHub360 defect or configuration issue,
we may first attempt to resolve it through support guidance, corrected configuration,
a workaround, patch, update, or other reasonable solution.
A reasonable troubleshooting opportunity may be required before a software
refund is approved for an alleged technical defect.
7. “Materially Not as Described” Standard
“Materially not as described” means that VideoHub360 differs in a significant
and meaningful way from the product description or material functionality
presented before purchase.
A product is not considered materially not as described solely because you
dislike the design, prefer a different workflow, misunderstood documented
functionality, assumed an unlisted feature was included, or later determine
that the product is not the best fit for your project.
8. Support Renewals
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the standard VideoHub360 Support Renewal
extends support eligibility for an existing eligible license for three months.
Support Renewal purchases are generally non-refundable after the renewal
has been applied, support eligibility has been extended, or support services
have been used.
A Support Renewal refund may be considered when:
- The renewal was purchased unintentionally and has not been used or applied.
- A duplicate Support Renewal purchase occurred.
-
VideoHub360 materially fails to provide the support included with
the purchased renewal.
9. Done-for-You Launch Package
The VideoHub360 Done-for-You Launch Package includes professional services
in addition to any software license or software-related benefits specifically
included with the package.
Because professional services involve reserved time, project planning,
implementation work, configuration, communication, and other resources,
service-related refund eligibility is determined differently from
software-only purchases.
Where a package contains both software and professional services,
VideoHub360 may evaluate the software portion and service portion separately
when determining an appropriate refund.
10. Cancellation Before Professional Work Begins
If you request cancellation of the Done-for-You Launch Package or another
professional-service order before meaningful project work has begun,
the service portion of the purchase may be eligible for a full or substantial
refund, subject to any non-refundable software, third-party, processing,
or other costs already incurred.
Whether work has begun may be determined by activities such as project onboarding,
planning, account setup, site review, technical preparation, configuration,
installation, design preparation, content preparation, meetings, research,
or other work performed specifically for your project.
11. Cancellation After Professional Work Begins
If you cancel a professional-service project after work has begun,
the service portion may become partially or fully non-refundable to the
extent permitted by applicable law.
When evaluating a cancellation after work begins, VideoHub360 may consider:
- Work already completed
- Project preparation already performed
- Time already spent on the project
- Resources already committed
- Meetings or consultations already provided
- Setup, configuration, or implementation already performed
- Scheduling commitments made for the project
- Third-party costs already incurred
- Software access or commercial entitlements already provided
If a partial refund is appropriate, VideoHub360 may deduct the reasonable
value of services already performed and non-refundable costs already incurred
from the amount refunded.
12. Customer Delays and Failure to Provide Required Materials
Professional-service projects require reasonable cooperation from the customer.
You may be required to provide access, content, branding, credentials, approvals,
feedback, technical information, or other materials needed to perform the project.
A project delay caused by the customer's failure to provide required materials,
access, approvals, decisions, responses, or other necessary cooperation does not
automatically create a right to a refund.
If a project becomes substantially delayed or cannot reasonably proceed because
required customer cooperation is not provided, VideoHub360 may pause the project
until the required items are received.
Work already performed before a customer-caused delay remains subject to the
service refund rules in this policy.
13. Project Scheduling and Rescheduling
Professional-service scheduling depends on project scope, customer responsiveness,
staff availability, third-party services, required materials, and other circumstances.
Reasonable scheduling changes or delays do not automatically entitle the customer
to a refund unless VideoHub360 materially fails to provide the purchased service
within a reasonable period under the circumstances.
If a customer requests significant rescheduling after project resources have
already been reserved or work has begun, the project may be rescheduled based
on availability.
14. Scope Changes and Additional Work
Refunds are not provided merely because a customer later requests work beyond
the scope of the purchased Done-for-You Launch Package or other professional service.
Requests for additional functionality, custom development, major redesign,
new integrations, additional pages, additional content work, or other services
outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
A customer's decision not to purchase optional additional work does not make
the original completed or substantially completed service refundable.
15. Third-Party Costs
Third-party charges are generally non-refundable by VideoHub360 once they
have been incurred.
Third-party charges may include hosting, domain registration, premium plugins,
external software licenses, API usage, cloud storage, livestreaming services,
payment-processing services, video-delivery services, email services,
or other external products and services.
Refund eligibility for third-party charges is governed by the applicable
third-party provider's own terms and refund policies.
16. Completed or Substantially Completed Professional Services
Professional services are generally non-refundable once the agreed work has
been completed or substantially completed, except where applicable law requires
otherwise or VideoHub360 materially failed to perform the agreed service.
Minor remaining adjustments, ordinary troubleshooting, requests outside the
original scope, or subjective design preferences do not necessarily mean that
a professional-service project is incomplete.
Customers should review completed work promptly and report material issues
relating to the agreed project scope within a reasonable period.
17. Refunds for Failure to Provide Professional Services
If VideoHub360 materially fails to provide professional services that were
expressly included in your purchase and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected,
an appropriate refund, partial refund, service credit, or other remedy may
be considered.
The appropriate remedy may depend on how much of the agreed work was completed,
the nature of the issue, and the value of services already delivered.
18. Approved Software Refunds and Commercial Access
If a refund is approved for a VideoHub360 software purchase,
the commercial benefits associated with that refunded purchase may be terminated.
This may include:
- Deactivation of the applicable VideoHub360 commercial license key
- Loss of official website activation benefits
- Loss of automatic update access
- Loss of customer-account downloads associated with the refunded purchase
- Loss of support eligibility
- Loss of license verification or other commercial account services
A refunded purchase does not entitle the customer to continue receiving
VideoHub360's commercial services or benefits associated with that purchase.
Any software component subject to a separate software or open-source license
remains governed by the applicable license terms for that component.
19. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or professional-service cancellation, contact:
support@videohub360.com
Please provide enough information for us to locate and review your purchase,
which may include:
- Your name
- Your account email address
- Your order number
- Your purchase date
- Your VideoHub360 license key, if applicable
- The product or service purchased
- A clear explanation of the reason for your request
- Relevant screenshots, error information, or other supporting details when applicable
20. Refund Review Process
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according
to this policy, the Terms of Service, the License Policy, the applicable product
or service description, and any specific terms presented at purchase.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the
transaction, troubleshoot a technical issue, determine how much professional
work has been completed, or otherwise evaluate the request.
We may also offer a reasonable solution, correction, replacement, update,
support assistance, service completion, or other remedy when appropriate
before approving a refund.
21. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method
where reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment processor,
bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
VideoHub360 is not responsible for processing delays caused by a payment
provider or financial institution after the refund has been properly submitted.
22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact VideoHub360 before filing a chargeback
or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve
the issue directly.
If a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute is opened, VideoHub360
may temporarily restrict access to commercial services associated with the
disputed transaction while the matter is reviewed.
This may include customer-account downloads, license activation services,
official updates, support eligibility, professional-service work, or other
commercial benefits associated with the disputed purchase.
VideoHub360 reserves the right to provide transaction records, account records,
service records, license information, communication history, and other appropriate
evidence to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.
23. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests
VideoHub360 may deny refund requests that we reasonably determine are fraudulent,
deceptive, abusive, duplicative, or intended to obtain software, professional
services, support, or commercial benefits without payment.
We may also restrict access to customer accounts or commercial services when
reasonably necessary to address payment fraud, account abuse, unauthorized access,
or repeated misuse of the refund or payment-dispute process.
24. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive
consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
If applicable law provides you with rights or remedies that are more favorable
than a provision of this policy, those legally required rights or remedies
will apply.
25. Relationship to Other VideoHub360 Policies
This Refund Policy should be read together with the VideoHub360 Terms of Service,
License Policy, applicable product descriptions, checkout terms, and any written
professional-service agreement applicable to your purchase.
If a specific written service agreement directly conflicts with this general
Refund Policy, the more specific written agreement will control for the service
terms it expressly addresses, subject to applicable law.
26. Changes to This Refund Policy
VideoHub360 may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes
to products, services, pricing, support offerings, professional-service packages,
business practices, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version may be posted on this page with
a revised last-updated date.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally govern
that purchase unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
