VideoHub360 is a complete digital platform built for WordPress.
It combines video publishing, livestreaming, community features,
memberships, courses, business tools, PWA/app functionality,
production tools, and other platform features into one
integrated WordPress product suite.

VideoHub360 includes the VideoHub360 WordPress Theme,
VideoHub360 Core, VideoHub360 Studio, VideoHub360 Community,
VideoHub360 Memberships, VideoHub360 Starter Sites,
VH360 PWA & App, Elementor integration, frontend dashboards,
templates, platform tools, and related product resources.
What is the difference between the 1 Site, 2 Site, and 3 Site licenses?
The main difference is the number of websites that may be
officially activated under your VideoHub360 license.
- 1 Site License: up to 1 officially activated website
- 2 Site License: up to 2 officially activated websites
- 3 Site License: up to 3 officially activated websites
Each lifetime license includes access to the same core
VideoHub360 product suite unless otherwise stated on the
applicable product page.
What does a lifetime VideoHub360 license mean?
A lifetime license gives you lifetime product access under the
license plan you purchased. Your license does not automatically
expire when your included support period ends.
Support is separate from lifetime product access. Official
updates and other license-connected services are provided to
eligible licenses according to the VideoHub360 License Policy.
Is support included with a lifetime license?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, a new VideoHub360
lifetime license includes 6 months of standard product support
beginning from the purchase date.
What happens when my included support expires?
Your lifetime VideoHub360 license does not expire when your
support period ends. You may continue using VideoHub360 under
your applicable license terms.
If you want additional support after your included support
period expires, you can purchase a VideoHub360 Support Renewal.
How long does a VideoHub360 Support Renewal last?
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the standard VideoHub360
Support Renewal provides 3 additional months of support for an
existing eligible VideoHub360 license.
Do I need to be signed in before purchasing?
Yes. Customers should sign in to the correct VideoHub360
customer account before purchasing so the order, license key,
downloads, support eligibility, and related account information
can be connected properly.
Do I need Elementor?
Yes. Elementor is a required plugin for VideoHub360.
VideoHub360 includes extensive Elementor integration and
Elementor widgets, and Starter Site layouts may use Elementor
content for page design and customization.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Not for every type of VideoHub360 website. WooCommerce is a
recommended integration that is used for commerce-related
functionality such as product purchases, checkout, certain
course-access workflows, customer accounts, and some
membership-related use cases.
If your VideoHub360 site does not require those commerce
features, WooCommerce may not be necessary.
Does VideoHub360 include Starter Sites?
Yes. VideoHub360 includes a Starter Sites system designed to
help you launch faster using prebuilt demo experiences.
Depending on the Starter Site package, the importer can bring in
WordPress content, media, Elementor layouts, widgets,

Professional Service
What is the VideoHub360 Done-for-You Launch Package?
The Done-for-You Launch Package is a professional implementation
service for customers who want help getting their VideoHub360
website set up and prepared for launch instead of handling the
entire implementation themselves.
The exact services included are determined by the current
Done-for-You Launch Package description and applicable
service terms.
What do I need to provide for the Done-for-You Launch Package?
Depending on the project, you may need to provide WordPress or
hosting access, branding materials, logos, colors, website
content, images, videos, required third-party credentials,
approvals, and other information reasonably needed to complete
the agreed setup.
Timely access to required materials helps keep the project on
schedule.
Are hosting, domains, and third-party services included in the Done-for-You price?
Not unless they are specifically stated as included.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration,
premium external plugins, video services, storage, APIs,
email services, payment processing, or other external
subscriptions are generally separate from the VideoHub360
professional-service price.
Can I request custom development as part of the Done-for-You package?
The Done-for-You Launch Package covers the work specifically
included in its published scope. Requests for custom
development, major redesigns, additional integrations,
functionality outside the included scope, or other custom work
may require additional fees or a separate agreement.
What is the VideoHub360 refund policy?
VideoHub360 software and professional services have different
refund and cancellation considerations.
Digital software purchases are generally final after meaningful
access or use, subject to qualifying refund conditions and
applicable law. Professional-service cancellations depend on
factors such as whether work has started and how much work has
already been completed.
Review the VideoHub360 Refund Policy before purchasing for the
complete terms.
