1. License Overview
VideoHub360 LLC (“VideoHub360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides VideoHub360
as a WordPress product suite that may include software, license activation services,
updates, customer downloads, Starter Sites, documentation, support, and other
related product resources.
When you purchase a VideoHub360 license, your purchase provides access to the
official VideoHub360 product package and the commercial benefits associated with
the license plan you selected.
These benefits may include official website activation, product downloads,
automatic updates, support eligibility, customer-account services, and other
license-connected services provided by VideoHub360 LLC.
Purchasing a VideoHub360 license does not transfer ownership of the VideoHub360
name, trademarks, logos, company identity, license infrastructure, support systems,
customer accounts, official update services, or other intellectual property except
for rights expressly provided under an applicable license.
2. License Plans
VideoHub360 is available under different license plans. The primary difference
between the standard lifetime license plans is the number of websites that may
be officially activated under the purchased license.
1 Site License
Allows up to one website to be officially activated under the purchased
VideoHub360 license.
2 Site License
Allows up to two websites to be officially activated under the purchased
VideoHub360 license.
3 Site License
Allows up to three websites to be officially activated under the purchased
VideoHub360 license.
Official activation may be required to receive services such as automatic product
updates, license verification, support eligibility, customer-account integration,
and other license-connected features provided by VideoHub360.
3. What Is Included With a License
Depending on the product package available at the time of purchase, your
VideoHub360 license may include access to the VideoHub360 theme, bundled plugins,
Starter Sites, updates, documentation, license services, and related product resources.
- VideoHub360 WordPress theme
- VideoHub360 Core plugin
- VideoHub360 Studio plugin
- VideoHub360 Community plugin
- VideoHub360 Memberships plugin
- VH360 PWA & App plugin
- VideoHub360 Starter Sites plugin
- Official product updates for eligible licenses
- License activation services according to the purchased plan
- Support access during the applicable support period
The VideoHub360 product suite may evolve over time. Components may be improved,
reorganized, renamed, replaced, added, or retired as part of ongoing product
development and maintenance.
4. Lifetime Product Access
A lifetime license provides lifetime product access for the license plan purchased,
subject to this License Policy, the Terms of Service, and any product-specific
terms presented at the time of purchase.
Lifetime product access is separate from your included support period. Expiration
of your support period does not automatically terminate your lifetime VideoHub360
product license.
Lifetime product access does not include lifetime custom development, custom design,
website-building services, hosting, third-party subscriptions, third-party service fees,
custom integrations, or unlimited technical support.
Lifetime product access also does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every
future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, PHP, web browsers, hosting
environments, operating systems, APIs, or third-party services.
5. Included Support
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or at checkout, a new
VideoHub360 lifetime license includes six months of standard VideoHub360 product
support beginning from the purchase date.
Your lifetime product license is separate from your support period. When the
included support period expires, your lifetime license does not automatically expire.
Standard support is intended to assist with VideoHub360 installation and setup
guidance, product usage, product questions, troubleshooting, and issues involving
VideoHub360 functionality.
Standard support does not include custom software development, custom website
design, unrelated third-party troubleshooting, server administration, hosting
management, content creation, data migration, or custom site-building services
unless those services are separately purchased or agreed to in writing.
6. Support Renewal
After your included support period expires, you may purchase a VideoHub360
Support Renewal if renewal options are available.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or at checkout, a
VideoHub360 Support Renewal provides three additional months of standard
support for an existing eligible VideoHub360 license.
A support renewal does not create a new lifetime license and does not increase
the number of websites that may be officially activated under your existing license.
Support renewal purchases may require a valid existing VideoHub360 license
and must be associated with the appropriate customer account.
7. Product Updates
Eligible VideoHub360 licenses may receive official product updates, bug fixes,
improvements, compatibility updates, security changes, and new or modified features.
Official updates may be delivered through your VideoHub360 customer account,
license system, WordPress updater, customer downloads area, or another authorized
VideoHub360 delivery method.
Access to automatic or license-connected VideoHub360 updates may require a valid
license and an eligible website activation.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate website backups before installing
updates. When appropriate, significant updates should be tested in a safe environment
before being installed on an important production website.
Updates may add, change, improve, replace, or remove features when reasonably
necessary for security, compatibility, performance, maintenance, legal compliance,
or continued product development.
8. Official License Activation
Your VideoHub360 license key may be activated on websites to connect those websites
to VideoHub360 licensing, updates, support eligibility, and other license-connected
services.
The number of websites simultaneously connected under your license must not exceed
the activation limit of the plan you purchased:
- A 1 Site License allows up to 1 officially activated website.
- A 2 Site License allows up to 2 officially activated websites.
- A 3 Site License allows up to 3 officially activated websites.
You may need to deactivate a website before moving an available activation to
another eligible website.
Attempting to use a VideoHub360 license key to obtain official license services
on more websites than permitted by the purchased plan may result in activation
restrictions or suspension of license-connected services.
9. License Key and Customer Account
Your VideoHub360 license key may be connected to your customer account, order,
billing email, support account, activated website URLs, or other purchase records.
Customers should purchase using the correct account so their order, downloads,
license, and support eligibility can be properly associated.
Your license key and customer-account credentials are private account information.
You are responsible for keeping them secure.
You may not publicly disclose, sell, share, or provide your private VideoHub360
license key or customer-account credentials in a way that permits unauthorized
access to VideoHub360 activation services, updates, downloads, support, or
customer-only services.
10. Use on Client Websites
Web designers, developers, agencies, and other customers may use VideoHub360
when building websites for clients.
Any client website connected to your VideoHub360 license for official activation,
updates, license-connected services, or related benefits must remain within the
website limit of the license plan you purchased.
For example, a 3 Site License may have up to three eligible websites officially
activated under that license at the same time.
You are responsible for determining how ongoing license access, official updates,
support, and account ownership will be handled when delivering a VideoHub360-powered
website to a client.
Providing a client with a completed website does not automatically transfer ownership
of your VideoHub360 customer account, license key, support entitlement, or other
commercial account benefits.
11. Staging, Development, and Testing Sites
Staging, development, localhost, or testing environments may be treated differently
by the VideoHub360 licensing system when they can be reliably identified as
non-production environments.
Certain recognized staging or development URLs may not count against your normal
production activation limit. This may depend on the environment, domain, URL
structure, and current licensing-system functionality.
If a development or staging environment is counted as an activation, you may need
to deactivate it before activating another website.
Contact VideoHub360 support if you are unsure whether a particular development
or staging environment will count toward your activation limit.
12. Open-Source Components
Certain software components included with VideoHub360 may be provided under the
GNU General Public License (GPL) or another applicable open-source license.
Where an open-source license applies to a particular software component, the terms
of that license govern that component.
Nothing in this License Policy is intended to modify rights or obligations that
are governed by an applicable open-source license.
VideoHub360 commercial licenses separately govern access to official license
activation, customer downloads, automatic updates, support, account services,
and other commercial benefits provided directly by VideoHub360 LLC.
13. Commercial License and Service Restrictions
Your VideoHub360 commercial license does not authorize you to provide unauthorized
access to VideoHub360's private or commercial services.
You may not:
-
Sell, publish, share, or distribute your VideoHub360 license key or private
customer-account credentials for unauthorized use.
-
Use another customer's license key or account credentials to obtain unauthorized
access to VideoHub360 activations, downloads, updates, support, or other
commercial services.
-
Sell or transfer access to VideoHub360 support, official update services,
customer downloads, activation services, or other account benefits unless
expressly authorized by VideoHub360 LLC.
-
Circumvent, disable, manipulate, attack, or interfere with VideoHub360's
licensing servers, activation controls, customer accounts, update infrastructure,
download systems, security systems, or support services.
-
Obtain VideoHub360 commercial services through fraud, stolen credentials,
unauthorized access, payment fraud, or other unlawful means.
-
Falsely represent yourself, your business, or an unofficial product or service
as VideoHub360 LLC or as officially authorized, sponsored, certified, or
endorsed by VideoHub360 when no such relationship exists.
14. VideoHub360 Name, Branding, and Trademarks
The VideoHub360 name, logos, brand identity, company identity, marketing materials,
and other VideoHub360 branding may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other
applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a VideoHub360 license does not give you ownership of the VideoHub360
brand or permission to falsely represent yourself or your business as VideoHub360 LLC.
You may not use VideoHub360 branding in a manner that is misleading or that falsely
suggests sponsorship, ownership, certification, endorsement, partnership, or another
official relationship with VideoHub360 LLC.
You may accurately identify VideoHub360 as a technology used to build a website
when doing so does not create a misleading impression of affiliation or ownership.
15. License and Account Abuse
VideoHub360 may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to commercial license services
when we reasonably believe that a license key, customer account, or related service
is being fraudulently used, compromised, shared for unauthorized commercial access,
or otherwise abused.
Examples of abuse may include using a license key across more officially activated
production websites than the purchased plan permits, deliberate circumvention of
activation controls, fraudulent purchases, account compromise, or unauthorized access
to VideoHub360 downloads, updates, or support systems.
Suspension of commercial license services may affect website activations, automatic
updates, customer-account downloads, license verification, and support eligibility.
16. Commercial License Transfers
VideoHub360 customer accounts, commercial license keys, purchase records, activation
entitlements, support eligibility, and access to official VideoHub360 services are
associated with the purchasing customer or business.
A VideoHub360 commercial license account or its associated service entitlements may
not be sold, reassigned, or transferred to another customer or business without
permission from VideoHub360 LLC, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you need assistance because of a business ownership change, billing email change,
account correction, or another legitimate transfer request, contact VideoHub360 support.
17. Refunds and Commercial License Access
If a VideoHub360 purchase is refunded, the commercial benefits associated with
that refunded purchase may be terminated.
This may include deactivation of the applicable VideoHub360 license key and loss
of access to official website activations, automatic updates, customer-account
downloads, support eligibility, license verification, and other commercial
services associated with the refunded purchase.
A refunded purchase does not entitle the customer to continue receiving
VideoHub360 commercial services or benefits associated with that purchase.
Any software component that is subject to a separate software or open-source
license remains governed by the applicable license terms for that component.
Refund eligibility, exclusions, service-related refunds, and other refund
conditions are governed by the VideoHub360 Refund Policy and the terms presented
at the time of purchase.
18. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
VideoHub360 may integrate with or depend on third-party software, services,
platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or technology providers.
Examples may include WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, payment processors,
livestreaming or video providers, email services, push-notification providers,
cloud-storage providers, hosting providers, and other integrations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a VideoHub360 license does not
include third-party subscriptions, hosting costs, domain-registration fees,
premium third-party licenses, API usage fees, storage costs, video-delivery fees,
email-service charges, or other costs imposed by third-party providers.
Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms, privacy
policies, pricing, technical limitations, availability, and licensing requirements.
VideoHub360 cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available,
compatible, or unchanged.
19. Compatibility
VideoHub360 is designed for WordPress and related integrations, but compatibility
may depend on your hosting environment, WordPress version, PHP version, active
plugins, theme modifications, custom code, third-party services, browser behavior,
server configuration, and other technical factors.
We may release compatibility updates when appropriate, but we do not guarantee
compatibility with every plugin, hosting provider, custom codebase, browser,
third-party API, service provider, or future platform change.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a suitable WordPress hosting environment
and for ensuring that third-party products and services required for their particular
implementation remain available and properly configured.
20. Changes to This License Policy
VideoHub360 may update this License Policy from time to time to reflect changes
to our products, commercial services, license plans, support offerings, technical
infrastructure, legal requirements, or business practices.
When changes are made, the updated version may be posted on this page with a
revised last-updated date.
Material changes generally apply going forward and are not intended to remove
rights already provided under a valid prior purchase or applicable software license,
except where changes are reasonably required for legal compliance, security,
fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or protection of VideoHub360's commercial
services and infrastructure.
