1. License Overview
When you purchase Videohub360, you are purchasing a license to use the Videohub360 WordPress product suite
according to the license plan you selected at checkout.
A license gives you permission to use Videohub360 on the number of websites allowed by your plan.
It does not transfer ownership of Videohub360, its codebase, branding, documentation, design assets,
templates, plugins, or related intellectual property.
2. License Plans
Videohub360 may be sold under different license plans. The primary difference between these plans is the
number of websites where the license may be activated.
1 Site License
Allows Videohub360 to be activated and used on one website.
3 Site License
Allows Videohub360 to be activated and used on up to three websites.
5 Site License
Allows Videohub360 to be activated and used on up to five websites.
Each lifetime license plan includes access to the Videohub360 product suite according to the terms of the
plan purchased. Activation limits, support access, and update eligibility are tied to the license and account.
3. What Is Included With a License
Depending on the product package available at the time of purchase, your Videohub360 license may include
access to the Videohub360 theme, bundled plugins, updates, starter sites, templates, documentation,
and related product resources.
- Videohub360 WordPress theme
- VideoHub360 Core plugin
- VideoHub360 Community plugin
- VH360 PWA & App plugin
- VideoHub360 Memberships plugin
- VideoHub360 Starter Sites plugin
- Product updates for eligible licenses
- Support access according to your active support period
4. Lifetime Product Access
A lifetime license gives you lifetime product access for the license plan purchased, subject to this License Policy,
the Terms of Service, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
Lifetime product access means access to the product under your purchased license. It does not necessarily mean
lifetime support, lifetime custom development, lifetime setup assistance, lifetime third-party service access,
or lifetime compatibility with every future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, hosting environment,
browser, API, or third-party integration.
5. Support Access
Support may be included for a defined support period with your purchase. Support access is separate from lifetime
product access unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When your support period expires, you may continue using Videohub360 according to your license terms,
but you may need to purchase a support renewal before receiving additional support assistance.
Support is intended to help with Videohub360 usage, setup guidance, product questions, and product-related issues.
Support does not include custom development, custom design, unrelated third-party troubleshooting, hosting management,
or custom site-building services unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Support Renewal
If your support period expires, you may purchase a support renewal if renewal options are available.
A support renewal extends support eligibility for an existing Videohub360 license.
Support renewals do not create a new lifetime license. They renew support access for an existing license.
Support renewal purchases may require a valid existing license key and may need to be connected to the correct
customer account.
7. Updates
Eligible licenses may receive product updates, bug fixes, improvements, compatibility updates, and new or modified
features. Updates may be delivered through the website, customer account, license system, WordPress updater,
downloads area, or another authorized delivery method.
You are responsible for backing up your website before installing updates. You are also responsible for testing
updates in a safe environment when appropriate, especially on production websites.
Product updates may change, improve, replace, modify, or remove features when needed for security, compatibility,
performance, product direction, or maintenance reasons.
8. License Activation
Your license key may need to be activated on your website to unlock product access, updates, support eligibility,
or license-gated features.
The number of active websites connected to your license must not exceed your purchased activation limit.
If your license allows one website, it may only be activated on one website. If it allows three websites,
it may be activated on up to three websites. If it allows five websites, it may be activated on up to five websites.
9. License Key and Account Connection
Your license key may be connected to your customer account, order, billing email, support account,
or other purchase records. Customers should be signed in before purchasing so the license can be connected
to the correct account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and license information secure. Do not publicly post,
share, sell, distribute, or expose your license key.
10. Use on Client Websites
You may use Videohub360 on client websites as long as your usage stays within the activation limit of the license
you purchased.
You may not provide Videohub360 to clients as a standalone product, resale product, downloadable file,
sublicensed product, marketplace item, or separately distributed theme/plugin package.
If you build a website for a client using Videohub360, you are responsible for ensuring that the license remains valid
and that the client understands any limitations related to updates, support, and license access.
11. Staging, Development, and Testing Sites
Staging, development, or testing usage may be allowed at our discretion or according to the behavior of the license system.
Some staging URLs may not count against your activation limit if the license system recognizes them as staging environments.
If you are unsure whether a development or staging site counts against your license limit, contact support before activating.
12. Restrictions
Your license does not allow you to:
- Resell Videohub360 as your own product.
- Redistribute Videohub360, its theme, plugins, templates, or files as a standalone package.
- Sublicense Videohub360 to other users or customers.
- Upload Videohub360 to public repositories, file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or download platforms.
- Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users.
- Remove or alter licensing, update, or ownership notices where prohibited.
- Use the product to create a competing theme/plugin distribution based on Videohub360.
- Use the product in a way that violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws.
13. License Abuse
We may suspend, revoke, limit, or terminate license access if we believe a license is being misused,
shared, resold, distributed, abused, used beyond its activation limit, connected to fraudulent activity,
or used in violation of this License Policy or the Terms of Service.
License abuse may result in loss of updates, downloads, support access, activation access, and other customer benefits.
14. License Transfers
Licenses are connected to the purchasing customer account and may not be transferred, sold, reassigned,
or given to another person or business without written permission.
If you need help with account ownership, billing email changes, or license account corrections,
contact support.
15. Refunds and License Access
If a refund is approved, your license access may be revoked. This may include disabling downloads,
updates, support access, license activation, and the right to continue using the refunded product.
After a refund is processed, you must stop using Videohub360 and remove it from any website where it was installed,
activated, or used.
16. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Videohub360 may integrate with or depend on third-party services, plugins, APIs, or platforms such as WordPress,
WooCommerce, Elementor, Stripe, Agora, push notification providers, hosting providers, and other tools.
Your Videohub360 license does not include licenses, subscriptions, accounts, fees, or guaranteed access to third-party
services unless explicitly stated. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, policies, and availability.
17. Compatibility
Videohub360 is designed for WordPress and related integrations, but compatibility can depend on your hosting environment,
WordPress version, PHP version, active plugins, theme modifications, third-party services, browser behavior,
and configuration choices.
We may release compatibility updates when appropriate, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every plugin,
hosting provider, custom codebase, third-party API, or future platform change.
18. Changes to License Terms
We may update this License Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version may be posted
on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes generally apply going forward and do not remove rights already granted under a valid purchase
unless required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or product protection.
